Studying a story!
For the last 2 weeks Rabbit class have been focusing on the story “No Dinner” based on an Indian folk tale about a woman who hides inside a pumpkin to avoid being eaten by some fierce animals. We have enjoyed a variety of activities including painting our own hanging ‘pumpkins’, role playing the story using costumes and props, re-telling the story with puppets and writing about the different characters using our early phonics skills!
