This week in science, we have been learning about electrical circuits. We explored the different components, including batteries (cells), wires, bulbs and switches, and discussed what each part is used for. We learnt that a circuit needs to be complete for the electricity to flow and make the bulb light up. We then used the components to build our own simple circuits, carefully connecting the parts together and testing them to see if they worked. This helped us understand how electricity travels around a circuit and what happens if the circuit is broken.
